Go to All Modules and click on the Vendor link. You will be taken to the Vendor page.
Find the vendor to whom you want to send a message / email. If necessary, use the filter options (search, sort, etc.) to find them.
Hover the cursor over their row. A context menu (the three dots) appears on screen. Click on it.
Now you can:
Send SMS: Clicking on this option opens an entry form. Enter the message and insert other information from the options. You can even grant the SMS recipient access to the portal using the Magic Link option. Finally, click on the Send SMS button.
Send Email: Clicking on this option opens an entry form. Enter the subject of the email and the message (body content) in it. Insert the additional information from the option if required. You can even grant the email recipient access to the portal using the Magic Link option. Finally, click on the Send Email button.
Send Bulk SMS/Emails
To send a common message or email to multiple vendor quickly, follow these steps:
On the vendor page, (All Modules > Vendor), select the vendors by hovering the cursor over their name and clicking in their checkbox. (To find more vendors, search for or filter them.)
The Email and SMS options appear on screen; click on either of them.
An entry form opens on screen. Please proceed as explained in step 4 above.
