How to Import accounts(Masters) In GIDDH.

Giddh allows you to import multiple masters (accounts) at once using an Excel or CSV file. This helps you upload bulk account data quickly instead of creating each account manually.

To begin, log in to your Giddh account. You can access the import option by using the search feature. Click on the Search icon at the top and type Import Master, or use the universal shortcut Ctrl + G (Windows) or Cmd + G (Mac) and search for Import Master.

After mapping hit on “Import button at the top Right”.

After clicking on the Import button, you will be redirected to the import summary page. On this page, Giddh displays the complete details of the file you uploaded.

You will be able to see the total number of records in the sheet, along with the number of successful entries and failed entries. This helps you quickly understand whether all accounts were imported correctly or no.

If some entries fail, Giddh provides an Error Sheet that contains details of the failed records along with the reason for failure. A separate Success Sheet is also available for records that have been imported successfully.

You can download the error sheet by clicking on the Download button. After downloading, correct the errors mentioned in the sheet and save the updated file. Once the corrections are made, you can return to the Import Master section and upload the corrected file again.

This process ensures that all your masters are imported accurately into the system.
