Account Settings

To change the language in Giddh log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > select setting > profile

It will take you to the company information page > Now click on the address tab

Now select the other tab in which you can change the language of Giddh that you want to use

To see the Country & Currency in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > settings > profile

In company Information You will see company country and currency but you can not change.

To create/ edit and delete discounts in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type discount > setting > discount

Now you can create a discount as per value or as per percentage 

After filling in all the details just click on add button.  

To set the default warehouse in Giddh log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type branch > setting 

You will see the list of all the branches with linked addresses and warehouse

From this star icon, you can set as default either address or warehouse. 

To see the company information in Giddh log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > settings > profile

In company Information You will see company name, Unique name, Business type, Company Alias, Headquarter Name. 

In address tab you will see the address and you can edit and delete the addresses.

In other section you will number system, digits after decimal setting, Inventory type and language. 

To see the Inventory type in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > settings > profile

It will take you to the company information page 

Now select the other tab in which you can change the Inventory type as a product or service.

NOTE*

Once you set inventory type as a service after that if you create any item in inventory then it will not reflect in your financial report like trial balance, balance sheet, and profit and Loss.

To change the number of digits after the decimal in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > settings > profile

It will take you to the company information page

Now select the other tab in which you can change the Number system.

To add a new financial year in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type financial year > settings > Financial Year

Now you will see the already created financial year that you can lock or unlock.

You can select the financial year from the 'add financial year' that you want to add and click on the Save button. 

To create/edit and delete a tag in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type tag > select settings > tag

Provide the tag name & description if any, and click on the create button 

If you had a tag created in past, you can search, edit and delete it from the list. 

To change/ assign an address to the warehouse in Giddh log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac)

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type warehouse > setting > warehouse

You will see all the created warehouses in the list. From three dots you will see the edit icon.

It will open the update pop-up, update all the information and click on the update button.

After updating the information just simply click on the update button. 

To see the company address in Giddh, log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type profile > settings > profile

It will take you to the company information page > Now click on the address tab

After selecting the address you will see an already added address that you can edit or add a new one. 

To add/ create a warehouse in Giddh log in to your Giddh account.

To search anything in Giddh just press Ctrl+G (for Windows) or Cmd+G (for Mac).

Press Ctrl+G/ Cmd+G and type warehouse > setting > warehouse

From 'create warehouse' button you will create a new warehouse

It will open the create pop-up 

Fill in the warehouse name and link the existing address or create a new address and linked that address
