Giddh is an online Accounting Software which stores financial information about a company or individual (Organization) as provided or entered by that company or individual. Giddh will store information that is entered by You, or automatically imported on Your instruction for accounting and bookkeeping purpose. The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by You remains Your property and Giddh will not use nor make available for use any of this information without Your permission.
The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by You is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to any person You have authorized to use the Service.
It is Your responsibility to keep Your password safe
Giddh, Giddh’s staff and Giddh’s partners do not have access to Your password and are therefore unable to access Your Organization’s account or Data without receiving an invitation to do so from You.
The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by You is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to any person You have authorized to use the Service. It is Your responsibility to keep Your password safe. Giddh, Giddh’s staff and Giddh’s partners do not have access to Your password and are therefore unable to access Your Organization’s account or Data without receiving an invitation to do so from You.
Giddh will never access the details of any financial transaction entered and stored in the Service. Giddh will never access system usage history for a specific identifiable user, except where granted permission by that person to assist with resolution of a system issue or error.
Giddh staff and key commercial partners can access non-identifying and aggregated usage information and transaction volumes in order to better understand how our customers are using the Service so we can improve the system design and where appropriate have the system prompt users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure Giddh data warehouse facility at AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Giddh’s servers have SSL Certificates issued by leading certificate authorities COMODO CA Limited, so all Data transferred between users and the Service is encrypted. However, the Internet is not in itself a secure environment. Users should only enter, or instruct the importation of, Data to the database within a secure environment.
If you choose to pay for the Service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by Giddh staff.
Provided You have met Your obligations under the Service Terms of Use, on request Giddh will provide You with a full export of the Data in a common file format determined by Giddh.
Access to the Data may be permanently deleted by Giddh 40 days after You stop paying for the Service or at Your request.
The Service utilises “cookies” and other technical measures that enable us to monitor traffic patterns and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit the site. A cookie does not identify You personally or contain any other information about You or Your Organization, but it does identify Your computer. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie and this will provide you with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance.
Giddh will not sell or otherwise provide Your personal information to a third party, or make any other use of personal information about You for any purpose which is not incidental to the normal use of the Service.
Giddh sends billing information, product information, Service updates and Service notifications to You via email, where appropriate email communication will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how You can opt to be removed from the mailing list. Giddh will remove You upon Your request.
Sending the email : The Service needs to send the invoice from your gmail account. No one at the Giddh will read your email & manage your inbox. The Giddh will never send emails on your behalf and will never share the content of your emails.
Account signup : When you sign up for an account to access one or more of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the account signup process. You’ll also be required to choose a unique username and a password for accessing the created account.
Form submissions : We record information that you submit when you contact us to speak with our representative, a software demo request, and submit a form to request a customer support or to contact Giddh for any other purpose.
Payment processing : When you buy something from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, and credit/debit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date and the last four digits of the credit/debit card number. We do not store the actual credit card number. We store your payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
Interactions with Giddh : We may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.
Signups using federated authentication service providers : You can log in to Giddh Services using supported federated authentication service providers such as LinkedIn, and Google. These services will authenticate your identity and give you the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name and email address.
Information from social media sites and other publicly available sources : When you interact or engage with us on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram through posts, comments, questions and other interactions, we may collect such publicly available information, including profile information, to allow us to connect with you, improve our products, or better understand user reactions and issues. We must tell you that once collected, this information may remain with us even if you delete it from the social media sites. Giddh may also add and update information about you, from other publicly available sources.

Upon your registration to our Service, we start processing your user id with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics to access statistical data about our users and to discover which parts of our website and software need improvement. We promote our service and our content with Google AdWords, the data we collect about our users allows us to better target our ads as well as customize our remarketing campaigns. Google Tag Manager helps us sync all the stats we collect across all the systems we use.
FullStory is an analytical solution that helps us understand our subscribers behavior in our service and assist our users with solving some of their technical problems. At the moment of signing up for the free trial, we start processing your user id in FullStory.
Intercom is a help desk software we use to respond to questions from our users as well as contact users offering some help during their free & subscription period. We process email addresses, first and last names as well as user id numbers via Intercom, as those are the data necessary for sales and support communication with our users.
Leadsquared is the CRM (customer relationship management) solution we use to keep track of our trial and subscribe users’ activities and our contact with them since the beginning of their trial period. At the moment of signing up for the subscription, we start processing your user id, username, email address, first and last name and company website address, phone with Leadsquared.
Your use of automated bank account feeds enabled by the Yodlee data gathering service (Yodlee Service) from within the Giddh Service (Service) is subject to the following terms. These terms should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions for your own Internet Banking services.
Your use of the Yodlee Service and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from the Yodlee Service is at Your sole risk. The Yodlee Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Giddh and Yodlee expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind as to the Yodlee Service and all information, products and other content (including that of third parties) included in or accessible from the Yodlee Service , whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Giddh and Yodlee make no warranty that (i) the Yodlee Service will meet Your requirements, (ii) the Yodlee Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Yodlee Service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Yodlee Service will meet your expectations, or (v) any errors in the technology will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Yodlee Service is done at Your own discretion and risk and You are solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Giddh or Yodlee through or from the Yodlee Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
The Service may contain links enabling the electronic transfer of data with third-party applications. Giddh takes no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these applications.
